Refunds will only be given in the event of damaged or faulty stock but please be reassured that I check my items thoroughly before posting out. Please read all descriptions including measurements & fiber content etc as refunds will not be given if you fail to read these or if you change your mind. If a refund is required, you will only be refunded the cost of the item, not postage and the cost of sending the item back will be your responsibility (unless faulty). You will only receive a refund when I have received the item and checked that it is in its same original condition as it was sent to you. I do not accept any responsibility for any parcels damaged, lost or late from Australia Post.
Once your item has been received I will immediately check it over and once it has been approved that it is in the same condition as when it was sent to you, I will process a refund with in 1-2 days and the funds will be returned to you in 1-2 weeks
